Project brief
This project provides three-phase separation of oil and gas for multi-phase flow test platform of seafloor engineering. The oil is mineral lubricating oil (new oil, no emulsification is considered), water is fresh water, and gas is air.
Project process
Designed, manufactured and supplied Three-phase separator as per GB/T150-2011 and TSG 21-2016 standard.
Before placing order, drawings with technical description was provided. Customer conducted inspection of engineering and manufacturing facilities.
During the production, technical team of our company relied on GB standard with all required engineering, manufacturing, testing, marking.
By November of 2018, Three-phase separator was successfully delivered to the production side.

Site conditions: installed outdoors, horizontal, working temperature : 0-45 °C.
Technical Parameters
Gas flow rate: 1000m3/h
Water flow: 100m3/h
Oil flow: 100m3/h
Among them, gas is air, water is fresh water, and oil is mineral lubricating oil.
Material: Q345R
Temperature sensor (-20 ° C ~ 100 ° C)
Pressure sensor (0.1MPa~2.5MPa)
Level sensor (including visible window)
After separation, oil content in the water should be at least less than 1.5%.
