By mid of April 2020, Specialists of Rein Process Equipment visited oilfield in Inner Mongolia, China. Current oil operator has been struggling with low-efficient production separator, which does not separate well fluids efficiency. Process engineers and mechanical engineers of Rein proposed new and high-efficiency crude oil treatment technology.

New Early Production Facility will be delivered by September 2020 and oil operator in Inner Mongolia, will successfully produce crude reaching sales crude oil requirements.

The battery limits of Early Production Facility and Rein’s scope includes following equipment:

· Chemical Injection Skid

· Water Bath heater

· Three Phase Production Separator (Gas-Liquid-Liquid)

· Two Phase Separators (Liquid-Liquid)

· Transfer Pumps

· Gas scrubber

· Control and Automation Equipment

· Valve & instruments within battery limits

Scope of Rein’s work includes:

· Design & Engineering

· Equipment fabrication and assembly

· Test & Inspection

· Procurement of valves and instruments

· Instrument calibration and automation

· Documentation

· Field Services and Training

As winters in the region of Inner Mongolia is cool, process equipment, such as three phase production separator, two-phase separators require heating. Heating is performed by hot-water coils, which maintain required temperature of crude and liquid during winter. Water is supplied from water storage tank and heated in water bath heater, which discharged part of the water to process equipment for heating. All liquid-treatment and storage equipment will be insulated.

Early Production Facility will produce 120 tons of crude per day, while flowrate of natural gas is 20000 Nm3/day. Operating pressure is below 1 MPa, while all equipment is designed for 1.6 MPa.

Rein Process Equipment designs and supplies Early Production Facilities, as well as other process equipment, such as two- and three-phase separators, water bath heaters, gas scrubbers, as well as other equipment for oilfield facilities.
