Key advantages of the equipment:

The reactor adopts foreign technology to remove outer jacket and to use inner coil heating to improve heat exchange effect, which avoids the common fault of reactor-misusing and easy-convulsion in domestic resin factory, and then greatly improves the ability of energy-saving. The coil stays in the reactor during heating process and together with a 100% contact between coil and material makes a positive heat exchange effect without any short flow or stream. There is a large clearance in inner cylinder when jacket is made, and in which the jacket oil occupies about 65%. Energy can be saved by more than 50% after removing the jacket, so the weight of equipment and equipment load can be reduced which saves the construction cost;

The new improved fractionation column with the application of foreign advanced fractionation technology makes full separation and recycle of organic vapor, as well as minimizes the loss of raw materials, which not only reduces wastage, but also greatly reduces the difficulty in treating later polycondensation waste water;

 A special dispersing device is used when dilution tank is diluted, which can be evenly distributed instantly to prevent agglomeration and have better quality;

Dilution tank condenser can minimize the volatilization of styrene and achieve the effect of environmental protection and energy conservation; 

All stirrer bottom bearings are equipped with wearing rigid sleeves to avoid long-term wearing damage to stirring shaft and shaft replacement,as well as  to reduce future maintenance cost; 

Compared with the original, the new waste water distillation tower has the advantages of large processing capacity, low energy consumption, high treatment efficiency, lower COD of waste water after distillation treatment, and simple operation. 

The whole-set equipment greatly reduces the operation cost and makes the product more competitive through comprehensive utilization of boiler exhaust gas, waste heat of reaction equipment and the reuse of organic waste water.
